Elizabeth Monaco has been a dedicated leader in the United Way network for over two decades. Since 1999, she has served as the
Executive Director and Chief Professional Officer of the Chenango United Way in Norwich, NY. In July 2021, she expanded her
leadership role to also serve as Executive Director of the United Way of Delaware and Otsego Counties as the organizations began
formal merger conversations.

Now guiding the united efforts under the banner of United Way of Mid Rural New York, Elizabeth continues to bring strategic vision,
collaborative spirit, and a deep passion for community impact. Her commitment to strengthening local partnerships and creating lasting
change has made her a trusted leader across the region.

Under her guidance, the organization is evolving to better serve individuals and families across Chenango, Delaware, Madison, and Otsego
Counties—building stronger, more resilient communities for all.

With over 18 years of service to United Way of Mid Rural New York, Victoria is a cornerstone of our organization. As Director of Business and Finance, she ensures our operations remain fiscally sound, efficient, and aligned with our mission to serve the community.

Her commitment goes beyond the numbers. Victoria is a true servant leader—always willing to support wherever she’s needed, from behind the scenes to hands-on volunteer efforts. Her passion for helping others and her deep understanding of our region make her an invaluable part of our team.

As the Marketing and Communications Manager for United Way of Mid Rural New York, Kyli Anderson brings creativity, strategy, and a strong understanding of regional trends to every campaign. She is the voice behind the messaging that connects communities, donors, and partners to our mission.

Kyli is passionate about telling the story of impact—ensuring that every initiative, program, and partnership is communicated with clarity and purpose. With a keen eye on local dynamics and emerging trends, she helps the organization stay current, relevant, and deeply connected to the people we serve.

Through thoughtful storytelling, brand management, and community engagement, Kyli plays a key role in amplifying the work of United Way across Chenango, Delaware, Madison, and Otsego Counties.
